8/4 Update

Things are continuing to go well. Eli will come off his paralytic medicine tomorrow and begin the process of being taken off his other medications and the breathing machine. This could take a while, maybe around a week. Hopefully he will not have any complications with coming off the meds. He could have some withdrawl symptoms, so pray that this is not the case. He is beginning to take formula through the feeding tube and is now around 7lbs 10oz. We are not sure how long he is because he hasn't been measured. He is longer though.

We are all doing well. We do miss being home and hopefully this trip won't be extended too long. Continue to pray that things will go well and he recovers quickly. And pray he doesn't need anymore surgeries.

God is good, all the time. Thanks to all who are keeping up with us and praying.
