Update on ELI

Well he just got back from his esophagram and he has a small leak where the connection is located. However, Dr. Hess said a small one is what he expected since the connection was tight. He will reevaluate in one week. He indicated that it will heal on its own with some time. On a better note he will be taken off the vent in the next few days. It will be so nice to see him breath on his own, cry and just open his mouth. I am very exicted. Please pray for him as he is beginning to have some withdrawal symptoms such as tremors and severe sucking on the tube. It is hard to see him go through this and I hear it is the hardest part. So please pray for us as well. I also would ask that you pray we make the right decision about sending Matthew home for school and that we can all cope with the change. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

The Frazier 5,

Now more than ever we are still praying, I know all the adjustments you are going through are difficult. I have to say, your testimony is such a light to all of us!

We are thinking of you all often and keeping up with the blogs. Isn't the modern age of computers grand. Sucking seems like such a small and wonderful thing that so many take for granted. We are thrilled to hear he is waking well and looks to be weanable. We pray that your family becomes more normal in that you will all be in your home state together. Love and prayers, The Norfleets
