Tuesday 8/19

All is continuing to go well here in Minne-SOH-TAH. Eli is continuing to do well. He is getting lots of rest and is breathing very well on his pressure support trials. He is having the esophagram at 11:00 am tomorrow, so please pray for no leaks. That would be a huge step. He is continuing to be weaned from the methadone and may be taken off the vent on Thursday, if he continues to do well. He does not seem to be having any issues with his arms. The calcium and phosphorus should build his bone density back up.

The rest of us are doing well up here. The weather continues to be nice, much like Fall in the Bluegrass State.
